3 Ways To Improve Your Mood

I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking “What makes this blog so special?”,  “Why am I wasting my time trying to find motivation on a dumb website?”,  “Why do I not feel so bad about myself to the point when I have to go on the internet to find inspiration?”. Well your not the only person in the world who is having a groggy day and just wants to do something other than sit on the couch all day. So read on if you feel that you want to do something to better yourself for a while.      Okay have you ever just had one of those days when you just wanted to spend your whole day in bed watching Pretty Little Liars? Have you ever scrolled through your Pinterest and saw a super model on vacation in Hawaii with her famous boyfriend and compared your life to theirs? We’ve all been there and it sucks but I’ve got a few little lifehacks up my sleeve to help you out on these terrible days when you feel that you’ve accomplished absolutely nothing in your past years.

      1. EXERCISE

Exercise releases endorphins and those endorphins make you happy 🙂 and I also recommend you exercise in the morning to start off your day better.


      2. READ A BOOK

Okay okay, I know it sounds lame but I can name a few great books that will make you laugh and cry and actually feel things throughout the book; The Duff by Kody Keplinger, Just Friends by Billy Taylor, and lastly,  If I Stay by Gayle Forman. 

Countless times I was just laying on the couch scrolling through shows on Netflix not knowing what to watch but my biggest achievement other than the obvious (starting this blog) was starting a new series! I just finished up season 2 and now I’m on season 3 of Pretty Little Liars and I know it doesn’t sound as exciting but starting a new series or just starting something in general can really improve your mood.
